Step-by-Step Activation Instructions

  • Step 1: Tap your NFC card or scan the QR code on the card to start the activation process.

  • Step 2: Verify your email address when prompted.

    Make sure to provide your correct email address. A confirmation code will be sent to your email during the activation process.

    Check your Spam/Junk folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

  • Step 3:

    For Google Cards: Enter your Google business address on the next page and submit it. Your card will be ready within a few moments.

    For All Other Cards: Paste your profile/website URL and submit it. Your card will also be ready within a few moments.

    Troubleshooting:

  • If Your NFC Card Is Not Working:

    • Browser Cache Issue: Your phone browser may be loading old files. Try using a different browser or scan the card with another phone to test it. This will ensure the updated information is displayed.

    • Contact Support: If you still face issues, reach out for help:

      Email: [email protected]

      WhatsApp: Send a text-only message for quicker support.

    • Provide Necessary Information:

      If you email support, include:

      A picture of your card with the card number visible.

      A brief description of the issue.

Note: The NFC card won’t work properly on metal surfaces. For best performance, place it on non-metal surfaces like wood, glass, or plastic.

Important Note: Turn On NFC


For Android Phones: NFC is usually disabled by default. Go to your phone's Settings and enable NFC. The NFC reader is typically located in the middle of the phone.

For iPhones: NFC is enabled by default, and the NFC reader is located at the top of the phone.


Additional Note:

The location of the NFC reader may vary slightly depending on your phone model.

For Android phones, it is generally in the middle, while for iPhones, it is on top.

Ensure that your NFC is enabled before attempting to scan the card.
